skyshuttle is going green!

skyshuttle only stops at hotels when service has been requested. Rides must be booked in advance online or by phone at 780-465-8515.

Please read the following frequently asked questions for more details.

Q: How is the new skyshuttle different?
A: Vehicles will not stop at hotels unless a trip has been booked. This allows passenger rides to the airport to be faster and more direct.

Q: Are the pick-up locations the same?
A: Yes. skyshuttle will continue to provide transportation to the same locations. However, skyshuttle will only stop at these locations when a trip has been booked. This will allow us to improve our service times.

Q: How do I book transportation on skyshuttle?
A: All trips must be booked with our system. Trips can be booked online (see our home page) or by phone at 780-465-8515.

Q: What happens if I do not book my trip ahead of time?
A: A bus will not arrive at your pick-up location unless it has been booked with our system.

Q: How do I pay?
A: skyshuttle will accept all major credit cards and cash.

Q: What happens if I miss the bus?
A: You will have to phone skyshuttle and book another trip. We advise arriving at least fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time so you do not miss the skyshuttle.

Q: How long will my trip take?
A: The average trip takes from one hour to one hour and twenty minutes, depending on road conditions, ridership volumes, and point of embarkation.

Q: Can I bring an animal on the bus?
A: Animals are allowed on the skyshuttle if they are in an approved pet carrier. Service animals are always welcome.

Q: Can I bring a bike on skyshuttle?
A: Bikes are permitted for a fee of $18.

Q: Does skyshuttle have wheelchair accessible vehicles?
A: skyshuttle offers several wheelchair accessible vehicles. Please provide as much notice as possible to ensure availability.
